Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AdGeekMedia ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, use our publisher panel, or reach an Offer through one of our links or codes.

1. Data we collect from publishers

  • Account data: name, email address, country, Telegram username if you give it, and your answers in the application.
  • Payment data: payment method and account details needed to pay you.
  • Security data: IP address, browser, device, login times, active sessions and two-step verification settings.
  • Usage data: actions in the panel, such as settings you change.

2. Data we collect from visitors

When someone opens a smartlink or a popunder, we process:

  • IP address, used to determine country and to detect fraud.
  • User agent, device type, operating system and browser.
  • Date and time of the visit, the referring publisher and sub IDs the publisher added.
  • A random click ID, shared with the Advertiser so a sign-up can be matched to the visit.

We do not collect names, email addresses or other contact details of visitors. Registration on an Offer happens on the Advertiser's website under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use data

  • To provide the Services: route visitors, count clicks and conversions, show statistics.
  • To pay publishers and keep accounting records.
  • To prevent fraud and protect the security of the Network.
  • To communicate with publishers about their account.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases are the performance of our contract with publishers, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Network, and legal obligations.

4. Cookies and local storage

Our website and panel use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and protect forms. The panel may store simple preferences in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies on our website.

5. Sharing

  • Advertisers receive the click ID and basic visit data needed to confirm conversions.
  • Publishers receive conversion data for traffic they sent, including their own sub IDs.
  • Service providers such as hosting, email delivery and payment providers, only as needed to run the Services.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

  • Individual click records: about 60 days.
  • Aggregated statistics, which do not identify visitors: for as long as needed for reporting.
  • Publisher account and payment records: while the account is open and afterwards as required by tax and accounting law.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, optional two-step verification and restricted access to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, contact the contact details in your publisher panel. We may need to verify your identity first.

9. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located in other countries. When data is transferred, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
