Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Advertiser: a third party whose offer is promoted through the Network.
• Offer: a dating product or landing page of an Advertiser to which traffic is sent.
• Lead or Conversion: a visitor sent by you who completes the action the Advertiser pays for, usually a registration, and is confirmed by the Advertiser.
• Smartlink: the link and popunder code assigned to your account, which routes visitors to Offers automatically.
• Invalid Traffic: any traffic or conversion that breaks these Terms or the Publisher Policy, or that is generated by automated, deceptive or fraudulent means.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You may hold one account only, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Information you give us must be true and kept up to date.

We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details and two-step verification secure.

3. The Services

After approval we assign you a Smartlink. Visitors you send are matched to Offers based on country, device, operating system, browser and performance. Offers, payouts, available countries and routing rules may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any minimum volume, conversion rate or revenue.

We may send traffic that does not match any Offer to a fallback destination.

4. Traffic and promotion

You may only promote the Smartlink with traffic allowed by the Publisher Policy. You may not alter, frame, cloak or redirect the Smartlink in a way that hides the real source of traffic, and you may not make claims about Offers that are false or misleading.

You are solely responsible for the content of your websites, channels and ads, and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to them, including advertising, privacy, consumer protection and anti-spam laws.

5. Revenue and statistics

You earn a fixed amount (CPL) for each valid Lead. Payouts vary by Offer, country and device and are shown as revenue in your panel. Statistics in the panel are updated in near real time and are provisional until paid. Our records are the final basis for calculating revenue.

If an Advertiser rejects, reverses or charges back a Lead, or if we determine it is Invalid Traffic, the related revenue is removed from your balance, whether or not it was already shown in your statistics.

6. Payments

• Payments are made weekly, every Monday, for your available balance.
• The minimum payout is $25. Balances below the minimum carry over to the next payment.
• Available methods: USDT · TRC20, PayPal, Payeer, Paxum, Bank wire. Payment details are set by your account manager to protect your account.
• You are responsible for providing correct payment details. We are not liable for payments sent to details you provided.
• Transfer fees charged by payment providers may be deducted. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• We may hold payments while we review suspicious traffic or verify your identity.

7. Fraud and invalid traffic

We monitor traffic quality continuously. If we detect Invalid Traffic we may, without prior notice: void the affected Leads, withhold or cancel unpaid revenue, deduct already paid amounts from future payments, block traffic sources, and suspend or close your account.

Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of all unpaid revenue.

8. Confidentiality

Information about our Advertisers, Offers, payouts and platform that is not public is confidential. You may not disclose it to third parties or use it to deal with our Advertisers directly while you are a Publisher and for 12 months after.

9. Intellectual property

The Network, its software, panel, brand and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Smartlink and the panel for the purpose of these Terms. Advertiser brands and creatives belong to the Advertisers and may only be used as allowed by them.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Network, its owners, staff and Advertisers against any claims, damages, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your traffic, your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to you in the 30 days before the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without reason. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, valid revenue above the minimum payout will be paid on the next payment date.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the panel or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent.
